You will develop strategic relationships with high-value accounts, maintain precise CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and quoting. The role rewards performance with clear targets in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with proven over-performance.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.
• Ability to navigate multi-contact organizations and uncover opportunities within accounts.
• Strong closing skills with objection handling and urgency creation.
• Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach).
• Analytical approach using performance metrics to guide activity.
• History of competitive achievement in dynamic, quota-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Close new customers and expand recurring ones to grow a mini-portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Own performance against conversion rates, revenue targets, and outbound/inbound activity.
• Build trust with customers through confident communication and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate quoting and CRM records across systems.
