Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue in a remote-first environment with a tech hub in Austin. You will manage hundreds of customer interactions weekly, build a personal book of business, and close new deals while expanding recurring revenue.

You will own performance against targets, leverage CRM and sales tools, and collaborate with teams to optimize tactics. The role emphasizes decisive, data-driven selling and a relentless focus on high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound.
• Ability to navigate multi-contact organizations and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communicator with strong closing skills across varied customers.
• Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack).
• Analytical and data-driven, using metrics to guide activity.

Responsibilities

• Close new customers and expand recurring ones, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Own performance against revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity, and repeat bookings.
• Maintain accurate quoting, CRM updates, and call documentation across systems.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on post-mortems and performance reviews to refine tactics.
