Life Protect 24/7 is seeking a results-driven inbound sales call center sales manager to lead a 15-20 member team in a remote setting with in-office collaboration. The role focuses on coaching, quality monitoring, and developing sales skills while aligning with company goals and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment.
• At least one year of experience leading a remote team.
• Experience in monitoring call quality, call queue, and coaching sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• A customer-focused approach with adaptability to new situations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
• Ability to motivate and engage a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 team members in a positive atmosphere in a remote setting while collaborating in an office environment.
• Serve as an active advocate for the company and its employees; relay company goals, quality standards, and processes to the team through servant leadership.
• Educate and support sales representatives to develop and solidify necessary sales skills; build rapport and establish relationships by listening, identifying needs, communicating clearly, and providing solutions.
