Life Protect 24/7 is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated leader to develop and challenge a team to be leaders in sales. You will head a sizable inbound call center and guide 15-20 team members in a positive, hybrid setting that combines remote work and in-office presence.

The role centers on relaying company goals, maintaining quality standards, coaching, and building a high-energy culture with training, incentives, and advancement opportunities to grow sales skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading a team in a call center environment.
• At least 1 year leading a remote team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 in a positive atmosphere in a remote setting, while working in office.
• Relay company goals, quality standards, and processes to the team through servant leadership.
• Educate and support sales representatives through their sales experience.
• Monitor call quality, call queue, and coaching sales.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with the team by listening, identifying needs, and providing solutions.
