Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Experience with remote management preferred.
• Proven track record as an individual contributor in sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Proficiency with CRMs.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong prioritization and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote inside sales team.
