• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management in flavor/fragrance or related industries.
• Proven success handling technical sales, complex cycles, and large portfolios.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel about 20–30% for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to reach revenue and margin goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within flavor/fragrance industries.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across R&D, Procurement, Marketing, and leadership.
• Manage and grow existing accounts and contract opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contracts, and supply chain forecasting.
• Maintain CRM data and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
