McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an Account Manager III – Flavor Sales to join the US Flavor Solutions Team. This full-time role is home-office based, with travel, reporting to a Sales Director.

The position requires 5+ years selling flavors or ingredients to food/beverage markets, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to develop strategic account plans. The role focuses on building multi-dimensional customer relationships and driving profitable growth.

Formación

• 5+ years selling flavors, seasoning blends, or ingredients to Food/Beverage/Health markets.
• Knowledge of product terminology and applicability within customer manufacturing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading customer contract negotiations to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Proven project management skills in a sales cycle (6 weeks to 18 months).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Responsabilidades

• Establish in-depth working customer relationships across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, Operations, Finance and other areas as needed.
• Prioritize, manage, grow, and forecast opportunities within an innovation funnel with Sales Operations and BU functions.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical account plans for critical customers within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships within McCormick units and Sales Ops.
• Contribute to volume/sales forecasts based on customer input and business intelligence.
• Implement contracts and pricing strategies to maximize profits.
• Participate in flavor industry events and associations.
• This position typically requires ~60% travel and is home-office based.
