Job summary

Treatt North America is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our natural extracts and flavor/fragrance ingredients business. This fully remote role supports inbound sales, develops smaller customer accounts, and coordinates with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The position requires an Associate degree in a related field and 3+ years in inside sales or related roles in a manufacturing or specialty ingredients environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in inside sales, customer operations, or similar roles in manufacturing or specialty ingredients.
• Experience in natural extracts, flavors, fragrances, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial commercial contact for inbound inquiries and new accounts.
• Qualify needs and introduce Treatt products and capabilities.
• Develop smaller accounts and transition them to Sales Executives when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Ops to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Maintain accurate records in JD Edwards, Salesforce, and other systems.
