Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a seasoned strategist to develop and manage global strategic accounts in the flavors and fragrances space. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer objectives into solutions, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

The role supports travel up to 50%, spans multiple buying locations, and requires strong relationship-building, market insight, and ability to navigate a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• Requires strategic account management experience and a track record of driving growth.
• Experience in managing large, multi-site customer accounts is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts across multiple locations, including global customers.
• Manage complex customer portfolios and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, market challenges, and growth strategies.
• Leverage product knowledge to recommend solutions addressing customer needs and delivering value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and project execution.
• Lead account planning and long-term growth initiatives for strategic customers.
• Identify trends and customer requirements to support business development efforts.
• Negotiate and influence decision-makers to maximize commercial outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth and customer retention through consultative selling.
