Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, chemistry or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in specialty materials sales with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute value-based sales strategy for the Americas region.
• Coach and develop a high-performance sales team toward goals.
• Forecast, report, and align with marketing, R&D and operations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
• Lead contract negotiations to optimize revenue and margin.
