Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of channel sales, service or client support in electrical/power/data center industries.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication, verbal and written, with a persuasive style.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking for strategic decisions.
• Experience with sales budgeting and CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead system & product specification and solution sales activities in the territory to meet the order intake budget and other financial goals
• Demonstrate successful execution of all customer-facing business strategies for products and services
• Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications
• Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits
• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic goals
• Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning
• Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with other team members.
• Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to setting up respective product developments, projects or services programs
• Act as a point of contact with customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support
