Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income and control over your time and earnings.

Work fully remote in this position with eligibility to be in your field region. Compensation includes activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, plus training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
