Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers focused on next‑gen endpoint technology. You will articulate security solutions to meet customer needs while aligning technical outcomes with business goals.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering; deliver demos and RFP responses; influence product roadmap and stay ahead of security trends in a fast-paced, AI‑driven environment. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint or network security space including AV/EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux OS.
• Able to explain complex security issues to diverse audiences.
• Proactive self-starter who works independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to C-level audiences.
• Extensive contacts in information security and solid references.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales approach and communicating technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers to demonstrate and design security solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and design compliant solutions with sales team.
• Provide technical demos, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feedback into roadmap.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current with security trends.
• Develop technical marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
