Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Engineer with strong security expertise to support the sales team in delivering next-generation endpoint protection solutions. You will demonstrate products, tailor technical proposals, and collaborate with product/engineering on roadmap feedback.

Ideal candidates have significant security experience across AV/EDR/IR/forensics/SIEM, solid cross-functional communication, and the ability to articulate complex security concepts to executives and technical audiences

Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint or network security domains (AV/EDR/IR/forensics/SIEM).
• Strong OS knowledge: Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Ability to articulate complex security problems to varied audiences.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and remotely when needed.
• Collaborative with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; technical bridge to customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with external audiences.
• Extensive information security contacts and references; MEDDIC literacy.
• Experience applying AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements with sales to design suitable solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support through the sales process, including demos and presentations.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering for roadmap feedback.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on security trends.
• Develop technical marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and industry experts.
