Job summary

UiPath, Inc. seeks a Sales Engineer for Retail and Manufacturing to act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce. You will uncover the value Automation and AI can bring to existing processes and help design new, more efficient workflows using UiPath platform capabilities.

You will help secure technical wins and identify high-value uses across retail and manufacturing by collaborating with and orchestrating the right resources throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related verticals.
• Understanding of common Retail and Manufacturing business processes such as order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, and invoicing.
• Understanding of technical landscapes and ability to architect complex solutions.
• Experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence practices.
• Ability to empathize with coworkers and customers.
• Curiosity to learn and master your craft.
• Coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Experience with Fortune 100 enterprises solving business problems with technology.
• Background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or automation programs.
• US work authorization for the role.
• Role is 100% remote, any location, with 20-25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce.
• Uncover value that Automation and AI can bring to existing processes and help design new, more efficient ones using UiPath.
• Help secure the technical win and identify high-value uses across retail and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with and orchestrate resources throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value engagements.
• Conduct process discovery sessions and quantify value opportunities.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine UiPath offerings.
• Share lessons learned and best practices with the GTM team.
• Provide feedback into product teams to support innovation and satisfaction.
