Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer for Retail and Manufacturing to act as a strategic advisor to prospects and customers. You will uncover the value of Automation and AI, help design new processes using UiPath, and collaborate across lifecycle resources to secure technical wins.

You will build demos, run value engagements, and translate business needs into industry-specific solutions. This remote role requires 20-25% travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations or related verticals.
• Understanding of common Retail and Manufacturing business processes (order/inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoicing, production planning, quality, support, workforce ops, back-office automation).
• Ability to architect complex solutions and communicate technical concepts to business audiences.
• Experience with Fortune 100 enterprises and running automation programs or consulting roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States; 100% remote role with 20-25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce to uncover value of Automation and AI.
• Help design new, more efficient processes using UiPath platform capabilities.
• Secure the technical win and identify high-value uses across Retail and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with and orchestrate resources throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value engagements.
• Conduct discovery sessions to backlog automation opportunities and quantify value.
