Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team with technical expertise across the full sales cycle. You will lead product demonstrations, answer customer questions precisely, and maintain live demo environments tailored to specifications.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to stay current on platform changes and train sales and customer success teams.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field preferred.
Strong experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar programs preferred.
Solid computer skills (MS Office) and presentation tools.
Ability to travel up to 50–60% as required.

Responsibilities

Provides technical sales support by actively participating in the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
Answers prospective customer questions and conveys the platform’s capabilities.
Builds and maintains software demonstration environments per specifications.
Uses a consultative approach to understand customer pain points.
Collaborates with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product on platform changes and issues.
Liaises with Marketing to revise technical presentations and materials.
Onboards new Sales and Customer Success Reps to the platform.
