Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy, a division of Crane Co., is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Pacific Northwest. The role is remote from a home office, preferably based in Portland, OR, covering OR, WA, ID, and MT, with up to 60% travel.

You will drive top-line growth for Crane products, develop account strategies, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with regional managers to win MRO and project opportunities in chemical, refining and energy markets.

Qualifications

• Degree level in chemical or mechanical engineering or related BS/BA.
• 7–10 years in chemical, refining, or related industry with 3+ years in field sales or service.
• CRM software like Salesforce preferred; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual top-line and bottom-line orders and sales growth for Crane CPE products.
• Develop channel and key account strategies for target end users.
• Coordinate with regional managers to win MRO and project opportunities.
• Deliver training and support to customers and channel partners.
