Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage customer interaction and project pursuit at target accounts. You will develop and own the account strategy, travel ~60% of the time, and coordinate with regional teams to drive orders for Crane CPE products.

The role requires a chemical or mechanical engineering background, 7–10 years of experience in relevant industries, and strong CRM/Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Significant sales experience in process industries such as chemical, refining, or oil & gas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual top-line and bottom-line sales growth for Crane CPE products.
• Develop ship-set guidance for MRO conversions and end-user projects.
• Lead key account management and channel roadmaps for select end users.
