Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage customer relationships and project pursuit at target accounts. This remote role, based from a home office preferably in Portland, OR, covers OR, WA, ID, MT with up to 60% travel.

You will drive orders, develop account strategies, and coordinate with regional teams to promote Crane CPE products. The ideal candidate has a chemical or mechanical engineering degree, 7–10 years in relevant industries, and CRM/Salesforce experience to win

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or a related 4-year degree.
• 7–10 years in chemical/refining or related industry, with 3+ years in field sales or service.
• Experience with CRM software like Salesforce preferred; familiarity with technical products in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, or industrial markets.

Mansioni

• Drive annual top-line and bottom-line orders and sales growth for Crane CPE products.
• Develop ship set guidance for Crane products for MRO conversion and projects at end user sites.
• Drive key account management process at selected accounts; develop channel roadmap for end user accounts.
• Identify opportunities for new product development and support NPD process with Business Line Managers.
• Travel up to 60% within the territory; coordinate end-user influence on project applications.
