Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy Flow Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive profitability within a defined geographic territory in the United States. This remote role, based from a home office (preferably Portland, OR), covers OR, WA, ID, MT and involves channel development, training, forecasting, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in technical field, business or marketing.
• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience in distributors, contractors, and/or end users.
• Strong ability to develop customer solutions and differentiate product value.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic web apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margins for Crane ChemPharma & Energy Flow Solutions within defined territory.
• Identify key influencers at key accounts and End Users to execute sales strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of product line and value proposition for applications.
• Develop sales forecasts and contribute to business planning and production coordination.
• Collaborate with customer service, business line management and other sales engineers.
