Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field, business or marketing is required.
• Minimum 2 years Outside Sales experience managing distributors, contractors, and end users.
• Willingness to travel day and night; estimated 60% travel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margins within defined geographic territory to achieve profitable growth.
• Identify key influencers at target accounts and End Users to develop sales strategies.
• Develop strategies with Crane Key Account Team for End Users in Refining and Chemical industries.
• Drive execution of MRO business and develop conversion accounts.
• Identify and manage projects in territory using Salesforce CRM and Crane tools.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and value proposition across applications.
• Support New Product Development and sales integration with Target End Users and Channel.
• Develop sales forecasts to assist production planning.
• Monitor competitive landscape within territory for all products.
• Conduct lunch and learns with distributors, end users, and EPCs.
• Manage territory within budgets, reporting, and distribution management.
