Job summary

Industry-Leading Technology Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to own and grow the Pacific Northwest territory from Washington to Alaska and BC. You will deliver hands-on demonstrations, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and partner with engineering teams to close strategic opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring a technical engineering background, strong consultative sales skills, and the willingness to travel 50–75% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related STEM field.
• Ability to travel extensively within Pacific Northwest territory.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business throughout the Pacific Northwest territory.
• Partner with test and measurement engineers to understand complex customer applications and requirements.
• Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations involving signal conditioning, sensors, measurement systems.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering teams and key customer accounts.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process and provide post-sale technical guidance.
• Identify new market opportunities across aerospace, clean energy, manufacturing, and other engineering-intensive industries.
• Develop and execute an independent territory growth strategy.
• Prepare quotations and configure customized technical solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, customer opportunities, and activity through CRM.
• Represent the company at customer facilities, trade shows, and industry events.
