Job summary

Techniseal, an Oldcastle APG Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales function for the Techniseal product lines across the Pacific Northwest. This remote role requires residence in Oregon or Washington and entails managing a multi-million dollar territory.

You will cultivate relationships with current customers, prospect new accounts, and develop sales plans. Travel up to 50% and CRM-driven activity monitoring are expected to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.
• Two plus years related experience managing a multi-million dollar territory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Up to 50% travel.
• Experience within the building materials industry.
• Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platform.

Responsibilities

• This territory will cover the Pacific Northwest (OR, WA & MT).
• Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
• Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new customers and market segments
• Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies
• Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market
• Prepare sales plans, including prospecting activity reporting in SalesForce (CRM)
• Compile dealer sales market intelligence, interpret buying cycles, share results with management
• Quote prices, and present promotions
• Provide customer support with in store, on site demo and training sessions
• Present products at local Dealer events, and trade shows
