ABB Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for North America (West) to lead sales of B&R products, systems and services. This remote role requires Illinois residency with up to 35% travel in North America and some international travel.
You will proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business, build relationships with key decision-makers, and coordinate pricing, contracts, and offers with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience in account management, business development & adoption, contract management, sales enablement, and general sales practices.
- Experience with Machine and Motion Control products and familiarity with industrial automation market.
Responsabilités
- Identify, prequalify, and engage new prospects; develop and execute Target Account Business Plans.
- Qualify and advance opportunities; manage funnel and pipeline reviews.
- Engage full buying group across organizations; deliver technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Manage pricing, negotiation, contracts, and trading conditions per ABB/B&R standards; prepare offers with bids and marketing.
