Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Sales Representative to prospect, source, and manage customers within Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas. The role is remote within a 1-hour radius, with up to 35% overnight travel and a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.

You will prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, and terms, while maintaining professional customer service and a focus on company values.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of direct sales or customer service experience in industrial equipment sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Territory: Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas; up to 35% overnight travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned area.
• Develop action plans and schedules to identify prospects and markets and to project contacts.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms; oversee customer services and follow-up.
• Maintain company reputation and brand image through commitment, interaction, and innovation.
• Report activity and performance against budget; provide feedback on product and pricing changes.
