Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for Oil Free Air and related products. The role is fully remote within a 2–3 hour radius of Los Angeles, CA, with travel as needed.

You will prospect, quote and close new and refurbished equipment opportunities, while coordinating with a peer aftermarket specialist to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will drive sales plans to exceed targets, develop market strategies, maintain CRM records, and report performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or customer service experience in industrial equipment.
• Four-year degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow Atlas Copco's market share in rotary screw air compressors, air treatment and nitrogen systems.
• Call on customers in assigned area and drive new and refurbished equipment sales.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and pricing; manage follow-up and customer service.
• Maintain CRM records, plan sales activity and report performance against targets.
