Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Data Centers vertical. This 100% remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Development and covers the U.S. market with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the Data Center vertical.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and margin growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with go‑to‑market planning and channel partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Data Center vertical across the United States.
• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with estimating, project management and service teams.
• Deliver integrated product and service solutions and build lifecycle relationships.
• Establish and expand Thomson Power Systems’ brand in the vertical.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships and expand the customer base.
• Represent the company values and adhere to policies in all dealings.
