Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical, product, or applications engineering in electrical power systems.
• Strong understanding of switchgear, ATS, and modular power solutions.
• Knowledge of power distribution product standards (UL, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NEC/CEC).
• Willing to travel up to 40% for visits and events.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and long‑term roadmap for Data Center vertical.
• Conduct field research and customer interviews to identify needs.
• Translate insights into product specs and business cases.
• Support customer engagements and technical discussions with internal teams.
• Develop GTM strategies, value propositions, and sales tools.
• Provide training and technical guidance to sales teams and partners.
• Represent TPS at customer meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and service to ensure launch readiness.
