Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical, product, or applications engineering within electrical power systems.
• Strong understanding of switchgear, ATS, modular power solutions.
• Solid knowledge of data center electrical standards (UL, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NEC/CEC).
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits and events.
• Access to key stakeholders in purchasing decisions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager to define requirements and long-term roadmap for the Data Center vertical.
• Conduct field research and customer interviews to identify needs in switchgear, ATS, modular power, and critical power distribution.
• Translate insights into product specifications and business cases.
• Support customer engagements, technical discussions, and solution positioning with Data Center BD managers.
• Assist in GTM strategies, value propositions, and sales tools for infrastructure applications.
• Provide product training and technical guidance to sales teams, channel partners, and end users.
