Job summary

Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Engineer in Madrid to be the technical voice of GoContact, our cloud CCaaS platform, for partners and customers across Spain. You’ll build and run demos, set up IVR menus, routing and queues that show a prospect what their contact center could look like, and answer the technical questions that move deals forward.

You’ll work closely with our sales team and channel partners and report to Christian Nieves, Sales Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in or supporting contact centers; knows key metrics.
• Experience configuring IVR menus, routing, and schedules.
• Confident in presenting technical ideas in business terms; bilingual SP/EN.
• Able to travel within Spain ~20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver tailored GoContact demos for partners and prospects.
• Run technical discovery to map current contact center workflows.
• Configure demo environments: IVR flows, routing, queues, reporting.
• Prepare technical sections of proposals with final sign-off from manager.
• Support partner sales with product training and rapid technical answers.
• Capture requirements and pass feature requests to Product with context.
