Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business across Spain for our AI voice and conversational platforms. You will build relationships with product, engineering and business stakeholders, uncover opportunities, and close deals that scale our customers' use of ElevenLabs technology.

This remote role emphasizes Spanish fluency and a hybrid sales approach, with a track record of hitting targets in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product/engineering teams is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise or willingness to learn about voice and audio AI solutions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Spanish fluency is essential; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI.
• Identify opportunities where ElevenLabs’ capabilities drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and trends.
• Demonstrate expertise or strong willingness to learn how our voice technology unlocks value across use cases.
