Job summary
SquawkVoice.ai is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical work behind new customers—from demos to a live AI agent across voice, chat, email, SMS and WhatsApp. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, engineering and product teams, supporting English- and Spanish-speaking customers across the Americas.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years in a technical customer‑facing role such as solutions engineer or sales engineer.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and CRM/help desk integrations.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompts, and conversational AI.
- Willingness to learn telephony—including SIP/VoIP—training provided.
- Strong communication with both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Run product demos and design proofs of concept for prospects.
- Set up and configure new customer accounts across channels (voice, chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Connect SquawkVoice to CRM, order management, scheduling and knowledge systems.
- Lead technical onboarding until agents are live and performing.
- Integrate SquawkVoice with telecom and channel partners' phone systems over SIP.
- Diagnose and fix integration and agent-performance issues.
- Provide feedback to product/engineering to shape the roadmap.
