Job summary

Hatch is building AI-driven services and looking for a Sales Engineer to win complex deals by mapping customer systems and scoping technical onboarding paths. You will own implementation through go-live and lead discovery calls, with a focus on integrations and API feasibility within the US.

This hands-on role requires active deal involvement and deployment leadership. You’ll stay current with product updates, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Account Managers, and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Ability to map customer systems and integration points.
• Experience evaluating APIs and technical documentation.
• Comfort delivering technical demos and scoping complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Co-own discovery calls and surface integration requirements.
• Scope integrations and produce Technical Scope document at close.
• Lead onboarding walkthrough and ensure a smooth go-live (~4–8 weeks).
• Conduct post-launch technical health checks with the post-sales team.
• Stay current on product updates and new integrations.
