Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive technical scope and onboarding for complex customer deployments from discovery to go-live. This technically hands-on role requires leading demos, evaluating integrations, and owning implementation across a modern stack in a hybrid setting based in New York City.

You will co-own discovery, scope integrations, and guide customers through onboarding; you’ll partner with AE, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Account Manager to ensure successful go-live

• SQL knowledge to pull deal-related data

Responsibilities

• Co-own discovery calls and surface integration requirements.
• Scope CRM, lead source, API capabilities for late-stage deals and assess feasibility.
• Hand off Technical Scope to onboarding with a live walkthrough.
• Lead post-launch technical health checks and collaborate with the post-sales team.
• Stay current on product updates and new integrations; maintain discovery questions for the team.
