C.A. Fortune, a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency, is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to support the Client and Sales teams from a fully remote location.

You will help prepare business reviews, decks, and customer paperwork, coordinate deadlines, and maintain Salesforce data and SharePoint files. The role requires 2–5 years in a support admin role, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• At least 2-5 years in a support administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• CPG experience preferred.
• SPINS / syndicated data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist C.A. Sales team with customer related tasks.
• Assist with completing business review paperwork and decks, collaborating with the Client and Sales Team.
• Communicate with Clients on customer related deadlines, requests, and submissions.
• Work closely with Client and C.A. Fortune teams to ensure that products and pricing are correct on customer paperwork.
• Assist C.A. Sales team with updating and maintaining Salesforce data.
• Maintain Sharepoint integrity and keep files organized.
• Complete other tasks and paperwork as assigned
