Mercer Advisors Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Enablement team. You will translate strategy into actionable materials and frameworks that drive field performance, partnering with program leaders and RVPs to ensure teams have the tools and training to succeed.

You will build a centralized content hub, drive playbook adoption, develop launch readiness materials, and support coaching frameworks while tracking enablement metrics across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years in sales enablement or revenue operations, preferably in financial services.
• Collaborative, clear communicator comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
