Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to empower our U.S. sales team with training programs, playbooks, and effective CRM usage.

This full-time, 100% online role focuses on onboarding, content development, and process optimization to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with Marketing and Product, design structured two-week training for new reps, and measure performance to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong English proficiency is required, as you will be training U.S.-based sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance
• Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral
• Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectiveness
• Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and reduce friction
• Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy
• Oversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviews
• Conduct a structured two-week training program for all new sales representatives to ensure a strong foundation in sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM tools.
• Support the Sales Management team in goal setting and performance measurement
