Job summary

Upsun is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to own onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for our seller teams. You will build scalable systems, run sales plays, and measure impact across ramp time, content usage, and training effectiveness.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely product updates reach sellers, while applying AI to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience running sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM programs in B2B technology.
• Experience in sales or solutions engineering with understanding of live deals.
• Ability turning repetitive work into automated systems using AI.
• Ability to define requirements for RevOps and to work with enablement tools such as LMS and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and ramp for new sellers with clear steps and certification.
• Build assets for sales plays and rollout and track metrics like ramp time and content usage.
• Deliver product trainings and keep knowledge base current and searchable.
• Create a practice catalog for sellers with AI roleplay where helpful.
• Use AI to accelerate drafting, curation, and routine tasks while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering; provide clear requirements and follow-up after launches.
