Aon is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Analyst to join its Global Sales Enablement team. You will turn business needs into scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and actionable insights that improve seller productivity, client planning, pipeline visibility, and commercial execution.

This hybrid role allows virtual work and office collaboration under local Smart Working policy. You will partner across functions to define requirements, build solutions, and drive adoption, with

Competenze

• 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Analysis, or related field.
• Ability to gather requirements, improve processes, and support technology, reporting, automation, or AI-enabled solution implementations.
• Analytical mindset linking data, business needs and outcomes into clear recommendations.
• Curiosity about AI and automation to solve business problems and improve processes.
• Experience creating executive presentations, business cases, leadership updates, training materials, or change-management communications.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment.

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from commercial leaders and cross-functional teams.
