Job summary

The role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, generative AI, platform architecture, content intelligence, and analytics.

You will move from experimentation to scalable AI adoption, improving ramp time, content effectiveness, and revenue execution across a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture or GTM enablement.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows and intelligent assistants.
• Familiar with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Understanding of sales enablement disciplines and platforms.
• Ability to translate needs into practical AI use cases.
• Experience with governance of enablement content and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic AI-enabled sales enablement direction across teams.
• Define architecture for intelligent seller experiences and learning paths.
• Design AI agent concepts and content discovery workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions across CRM, LMS, and content tools.
• Develop governance models for AI-generated content.
• Lead workshops and executive presentations on AI plans.
• Mentor teams on AI literacy and adoption practices.
