Job summary

Top IB Tutors is seeking a Sales and Customer Success Consultant to be the main point of contact for students, families and tutors. You will speak with parents and students and help them enroll in tutoring, guiding them through the journey and ensuring a smooth experience.

You’ll manage inbound leads, handle inquiries across phone, email and SMS, match students with tutors using our tools, coordinate with the team to resolve issues, and contribute to improvements in our sales scripts, processes

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and verbal communication, able to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, CS, hospitality).
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow up effectively.
• Strong note-taking and organizational skills.
• Results-driven with KPI focus in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Call inbound leads and explore tutoring options with families.
• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up with applicants.
• Perform tutor matching using our system and judgment.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, SMS and other channels.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with tutors and team.
• Organize paperwork and send contracts with accuracy.
• Refine sales scripts and customer success processes with MD.
• Conduct scheduled check-in calls to gather feedback.
• Collect feedback and share it across teams.
