Learner Education is seeking an Academic Sales Representative to handle inbound inquiries from families seeking tutoring. This fully remote role emphasizes building trust, understanding needs, and guiding enrollments with a strong sales mindset.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in consultative or phone-based sales, comfort with pricing, and CRM experience. A proactive, coachable attitude and reliability are required for success in a fast-growing, remote team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or phone-based sales environments.
• Experience meeting quotas, KPIs, conversion goals, or revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, discussing pricing, and closing opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to managing leads and commitments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who have expressed interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges and goals.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value clearly.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes.
• Move opportunities through the sales pipeline and toward enrollment.
