This fully remote role ensures a positive experience for clients and smooth operation of tutoring programs. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with scheduling and onboarding, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and office productivity applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to student, parent, and staff inquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and student onboarding
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of communications and actions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to management
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
