Job summary

Medium is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage relationships between students, families, and tutors, ensuring delivery of top-notch customer service. You will also collaborate with our academic team to drive revenue through consultative sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in sales. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and we offer a competitive salary, generous PTO, and great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to 200-400 families.
• Collaborate with tutors to ensure program success.
• Sell programs to new and existing customers.
• Manage customer issues between families and tutors.
• Organize administrative tasks for family accounts.
• Communicate student progress to families.
• Achieve revenue goals and track performance metrics.
• Receive coaching and ongoing training.
