Job summary

Picus Security seeks a results-driven Sales Director to lead our Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives and own the team’s total quota. You will influence sales strategy, manage governance, and collaborate with partners and executives to grow business across regions.

You will build high-performance teams, nurture long-lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue for Picus' software products in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Enterprise/Strategic Account Executives in a consultative SaaS environment.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise software sales.
• 3+ years in people management with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to achieve total team quotas.
• Own and deliver the team's quota with a balanced plan for new business and expansions in strategic accounts.
• Set goals, territories, and account plans; conduct pipeline reviews and performance check-ins.
• Drive data-driven revenue forecasting and pipeline management using the CRM system.
• Engage in key deals as an executive sponsor with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint plans and drive opportunities to closure.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent and foster a high-performance culture.
• Instill consultative sales methodology across the team from discovery to close.
