Wing Assistant - India is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a 100% remote role serving US-based clients. The position focuses on building a robust lead pipeline, qualifying prospects, and setting demos while coordinating with internal teams to align lead generation with sales goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience and excellent English communication, with strong organizational and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with ability to meet/exceed quotas.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal (C1).
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy: CRM, VoIP, cloud services.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
• Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine suitability of products/services to their needs.
• Schedule sales demos and meetings.
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set sales goals to increase revenue and report performance results.
• Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys and compile results.
• Conduct general administration tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as first point of contact.
