Job summary

Wing Assistant - India seeks a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for a remote US-based team. You will manage outreach, schedule demos, and nurture client relationships across channels, reporting to the sales function.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or certificate and at least 1 year of sales experience, with excellent English communication and strong organizational skills. This is a 100% work-from-home role with US working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate
• 1 year sales experience and proven ability to meet quotas
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal (C1)
• Strong phone, email, and messaging communication
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar)
• Proactive and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to create a pipeline of leads
• Engage customers and assess suitability of products/services
• Schedule sales demos and meetings
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy
• Set sales goals to increase revenue and report performance
• Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys and compile results
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as first contact
• Ad hoc administration tasks
