SelectQuote is seeking experienced sales professionals for a Sales Development Advisor role. This full-time, work-from-home position involves making hundreds of outbound calls daily, following scripts, and driving prospects toward a transfer to licensed agents.

Qualifications

• Comfort with high-volume, metrics-driven environments and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (up to 800 calls per day).
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed insurance agent.
• Handle objections and move conversations toward the next step.
• Follow established scripts and processes to meet performance goals.
• Maintain attendance and productivity on a consistent schedule.
