Job summary

MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to drive the top of the funnel. You will research accounts, build relationships, and generate qualified meetings alongside a strong sales team. You’ll partner with Marketing and Enablement to drive outbound plans and maintain CRM discipline.

The ideal candidate is coachable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility role, with a passion for healthcare analytics and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in business development, sales, healthcare, analytics or related fields
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Gong, Salesforce, Orum, ZoomInfo) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings to build revenue-producing pipeline
• Lead outbound prospecting via research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with BDEs, AEs, and Marketing to develop opportunities
• Support growth within existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities
• Understand healthcare industry trends to tailor outreach
• Maintain CRM activity and forecast updates
• Exceed monthly and annual SAL and pipeline targets
